With over 20 years of experience in this area, I've worked with major organizations throughout the US, and across a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, electric utilities, and information technology. I've helped clients in various ways, including defining, managing, facilitating and coaching large process change, safety, and performance improvement programs.
While the majority of my clients have been major corporations, I also have experience working with family-owned businesses and non-profit organizations that are facing specific issues or transitions.
